Cheapest gas in Fremont, CA (South Bay / East Bay)

$2.75/gal price was spotted on 9/11/15 at Fremont Gasoline.

I can't believe we are seeing this price in 2015 considering all the various CA refinery (Exxon Mobil Torrance refinery) and supply issues, and that we are still on the summer blend until October 31. It is the cheapest price for many miles around (Costco and Arco are only 2-3 cents cheaper and you either have to have a membership or pay cash / fees for using a card). Fremont Gasoline lets you use any major credit card without any fees so those with rewards cards will do better than Arco.
